1) bruno moved with his family so his father could be closer to the nazi death camps. at first only father knew the real reason for moving to the country. why do you think father was so secretive about why the family moved?

A) i think father was secretive because he didnt wannt his family to know that he was killing the jews in such a terrible way.

2) bruno was taught to think of jews in a certian way. what was bruno taught about the jews?
A) i believe that bruno was taught that the jews were evil and that they were the reason why their country fell.

3) when bruno fell from the swing a jewish man helped him. why was this event significant to bruno's mother's thinking of jewish people.
A) i think it was significant because she saw that the jewish people were not evil and that they were willing to help someone else in need of help.

4) brunos father was evoloved and transformed from a loving father to what? why?
A) i think brunos father was turned into an abusive husband and a secretive father because because of all the evil things he was doing he was killing jews and not telling anybody about what was going on and i beleive that ruined him and turned him into the monster that he had become.

5) bruno transformed as well. what kind of boy was he at first, and what did he transform to?
A) bruno at first was an unknowing little innocent boy but then he found out more things than what he was taught and he became a wise little boy.

6) discribe your feelings about brunos actions. include discriptions of the scene and the choice[s] bruno made and what difference his actions made.

A) my feelings toward bruno would be encourageing because he stood up for what was right even though many people would not have done the same thing. like when he told shimul that he was going to help find his father because he didnt really have to and maybe he would not have died because of it. he made friends with a jew which was more than likely forrbidden and he didnt even care about what was going to happen to him.
